Welcome Back

I,underigned participant, understand and agree that participation in Big Boy Cabin Weekend involves activities that may include, but are not limited to:

Physical activities such as hiking, games, or swimming.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Use of rental property amenities, including hot tubs, kitchens, and outdoor spaces.
Social interactions that may lead to personal or emotional risks.

I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness (including COVID-19), property damage, or emotional distress. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks associated with my participation, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

2. Release of Liability

I release, waive, and discharge Donovan L. Hall, the Big Boy Cabin entity, event staff, and any affiliated individuals or organizations from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or connected with my participation in the event, including but not limited to:

Accidents or injuries sustained on the property.
Loss or theft of personal property.
Illness, including communicable diseases.
Property damage caused by other guests or external factors.

3. Responsibility for Damages

I understand that I am responsible for any damage I cause to the rental property, event facilities, or other participants’ property. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Donovan L. Hall and Big Boy Cabin for any costs incurred due to my actions.

4. Alcohol and Substance Use

I acknowledge that alcohol will be served at the event and agree to drink responsibly. I understand that the event organizer is not responsible for my behavior or any incidents that occur as a result of my alcohol or substance consumption. I agree not to operate a vehicle or machinery while under the influence.

5. Photography and Videography

I acknowledge that certain portions of the event may be recorded or photographed for social media or promotional purposes. I understand that I can opt out of appearing in photos or videos by remaining in designated no-camera zones, as outlined in the NDA for the event.

6. Medical Emergencies

I certify that I am in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in the event. In case of a medical emergency, I authorize the event organizer to seek medical assistance on my behalf. I agree to assume all costs associated with such assistance.

7. Code of Conduct

I agree to follow all rules and guidelines set by the event organizer, including respecting the privacy, safety, and well-being of other participants. Failure to comply may result in my removal from the event without a refund.

8. Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Sevier County, Tennessee.

9. Severability

If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Safety Pledge

As a participant of Big Boy Cabin Weekend, I promise to create and maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for myself and all attendees. By signing this pledge, I agree to the following commitments:

1. Prioritize Personal and Group Safety

I will act responsibly and ensure my actions do not endanger myself or others.

I will use all facilities and amenities safely, following any guidelines provided.

2. Respect the Boundaries and Privacy of Others

I will not engage in any behavior that could harm, harass, or make others feel uncomfortable.

I will not record, photograph, or film anyone without their explicit consent, including in shared spaces.

3. Promote a Positive Social Environment

I will foster a spirit of inclusion, respect, and kindness among all attendees.

I will promptly report any behavior or circumstances that jeopardize the safety or comfort of others.

4. Drink and Participate Responsibly

I will moderate my alcohol consumption and avoid reckless behavior.

I will not pressure others to drink or engage in activities they are uncomfortable with.

5. Be Accountable

I take full responsibility for my own actions during the event.

I understand that failure to comply with this pledge may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned guest ("Guest" or "You") and Big Boy Cabin Weekend ("Event Host," "We," or "Us"). By signing this Agreement electronically, You agree to the following terms and conditions in relation to Your participation in Big Boy Cabin Weekend, taking place in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, from May 15th to May 19th, 2025.

1. Confidentiality & Privacy

a. Photography and Recording
You understand that any unauthorized recording or photographing of guests without their consent is strictly prohibited. Recording or photographing guests in situations where they are undressed or in private areas is forbidden. You agree to respect the privacy of other guests and comply with all rules regarding photography and recording.

b. Confidential Information
You acknowledge that any personal information, conversations, or private moments shared during the event, including but not limited to discussions in the event's GroupMe chat, photos, or videos, are confidential. You agree to keep all such information confidential, both during and after the event.

2. Social Media and Content Creation

a. Event Activities Recording
An addendum to this agreement allows photography and videography during the following events for social media purposes:

Opening Ceremony & Cookout
Glow in the Dark Party
Leather Night Party
Rodeo Night Party on the Club Level

Guests who do not wish to be featured in content captured during these events may stay in designated areas, away from any content capture.

b. Video Confessional Area
The event will have a "video confessional area," where guests may voluntarily record content. The confessional content is owned by Donovan Hall and Big Boy Cabin Weekend, and may be used for social media and promotional purposes.

3. Grounds for Expulsion

Failure to adhere to the guidelines of this Agreement, including unauthorized recording, photographing, or harassment of other guests, may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.

4. Legal Acknowledgments

a. Voluntary Participation
You acknowledge that your participation in Big Boy Cabin Weekend is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and your participation in content creation is always optional.

b. Legality of Content
You grant the Event Host full rights to use any content captured at the event for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes. You waive any claims for compensation regarding the use of your image, voice, or likeness in such materials.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration. By signing this Agreement, You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.

6. Signature and Acknowledgment

By selecting "I Agree" above, you confirm that you have read and understood this Non-Disclosure Agreement, and that you agree to abide by its terms and conditions.
