1. Non-Refundable Policy
All purchases related to the Big Boy Cabin Weekend event are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
No Refunds:
All sales are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to, cancellation of the trip, changes in plans, or inability to attend.
Non-Transferable:
Your ticket or reservation is non-transferable. You may not transfer your ticket or reservation to another individual or party.
Event Changes:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the event. However, no refunds will be issued for any modifications or changes to the event, including changes to the schedule, location, or activities.
2. Acknowledgment of Terms
By purchasing a ticket to the Big Boy Cabin Weekend, you agree to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms prior to making a purchase. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms.

4. Identity Verification
To ensure the safety and integrity of our community, all participants are required to complete identity verification through our payment processor, Stripe. Access to the group chat and event will be granted only upon successful completion of this verification process. Failure to verify your identity will result in denial of access to these services.
5. Agreement to Terms
Your purchase of a ticket for the Big Boy Cabin Weekend signifies your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined herein.
Big Boy Cabin Weekend will take place from June 16th to the 22nd. Please ensure your schedule is clear for these dates to fully enjoy the event.
Rooms are initially assigned based on the registration details provided at the time of booking. However, you can coordinate with potential roommates and finalize your rooming arrangements via the GroupMe group chat created for the event. This platform allows you to connect with other attendees and make specific roommate requests.

The event location address will be provided to participants on the Sunday before the trip. For your convenience, we offer a shuttle service from McGee Tyson Airport. The shuttle will make 1-2 trips to transport attendees to and from the event. Please check the shuttle schedule and book your shuttle ride in advance.
McGee Tyson Airport is located in Knoxville, TN. For those arriving by air, our shuttle service will be available to transport you to the event location. Details for shuttle pickup and drop-off will be provided along with the event location address. Please coordinate with us to schedule your shuttle ride as early as possible to ensure availability.

**Big Boy Cabin Messaging Terms & Conditions**
By opting into Big Boy Cabin messaging services, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provided at signup or another designated number.
- Message frequency may vary based on interactions with Big Boy Cabin.
- Big Boy Cabin reserves the right to modify messaging frequency at any time.
- We may change the short code, phone number, or sender ID where messages originate.
- Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.
- Your mobile carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your consent to receive marketing messages is not required for purchase.

Big Boy Cabin reserves the right to modify or terminate our messaging services at any time. Updates to these terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued enrollment in our messaging program after changes means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, please opt out of our messaging services.
I, the undersigned participant, understand and agree that participation in Big Boy Cabin Weekend involves activities that may include but are not limited to:
I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risk including physical injury, illness including COVID nineteen, theft, property damage, or emotional distress. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation.
I release and hold harmless Donovan L Hall, Big Boy Cabin, event staff, volunteers, and affiliated partners from any and all claims or expenses resulting from my participation including but not limited to:
I agree to accept responsibility for any damage I personally cause to property, facilities, or another participant’s belongings. I agree to reimburse the event host for any costs resulting from my actions.
I understand alcohol will be available and I agree to consume responsibly. I accept full responsibility for any consequences of my alcohol or substance use and I will not operate any vehicle while under the influence.
I acknowledge that Big Boy Cabin Weekend includes professional and casual photography and videography for social media and marketing.
By participating in the event, I grant Big Boy Cabin and Donovan L Hall full and unrestricted rights to use my image, voice, and likeness in promotional content including but not limited to:

Social media
Documentaries
Advertising
Future Big Boy Cabin marketing campaigns
This release is irrevocable and ongoing with no expiration date. I waive any right to compensation or approval of final content.
Designated no camera zones will be available for participants who do not wish to appear in content. Remaining in any public or content capture area indicates my full consent to be recorded or photographed.
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the organizer to secure necessary care and I accept financial responsibility for associated costs
I agree to respect others at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.
I agree that this waiver is governed by the laws of Tennessee and any disputes shall be resolved in Sevier County, Tennessee.
If any part of this waiver is deemed invalid, all remaining parts remain enforceable.
As a participant of Big Boy Cabin Weekend, I promise to create and maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for myself and all attendees. By signing this pledge, I agree to the following commitments:
I will act responsibly and ensure my actions do not endanger myself or others.
I will use all facilities and amenities safely, following any guidelines provided.
I will not engage in any behavior that could harm, harass, or make others feel uncomfortable.
I will not record, photograph, or film anyone without their explicit consent, including in shared spaces.
I will foster a spirit of inclusion, respect, and kindness among all attendees.
I will promptly report any behavior or circumstances that jeopardize the safety or comfort of others.
I will moderate my alcohol consumption and avoid reckless behavior.
I will not pressure others to drink or engage in activities they are uncomfortable with.
I take full responsibility for my own actions during the event.
I understand that failure to comply with this pledge may result in removal from the event without a refund.
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned guest ("Guest" or "You") and Big Boy Cabin Weekend ("Event Host," "We," or "Us"). By signing this Agreement electronically, You agree to the following terms and conditions in relation to Your participation in Big Boy Cabin Weekend, taking place in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, from May 15th to May 19th, 2025.
a. Photography and Recording
You understand that any unauthorized recording or photographing of guests without their consent is strictly prohibited. Recording or photographing guests in situations where they are undressed or in private areas is forbidden. You agree to respect the privacy of other guests and comply with all rules regarding photography and recording.
b. Confidential Information
You acknowledge that any personal information, conversations, or private moments shared during the event, including but not limited to discussions in the event's GroupMe chat, photos, or videos, are confidential. You agree to keep all such information confidential, both during and after the event.
a. Event Activities Recording
An addendum to this agreement allows photography and videography during the following events for social media purposes:
Guests who do not wish to be featured in content captured during these events may stay in designated areas, away from any content capture.
b. Video Confessional Area
The event will have a "video confessional area," where guests may voluntarily record content. The confessional content is owned by Donovan Hall and Big Boy Cabin Weekend, and may be used for social media and promotional purposes.
Failure to adhere to the guidelines of this Agreement, including unauthorized recording, photographing, or harassment of other guests, may result in immediate expulsion from the event without refund.
a. Voluntary Participation
You acknowledge that your participation in Big Boy Cabin Weekend is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, and your participation in content creation is always optional.
b. Legality of Content
You grant the Event Host full rights to use any content captured at the event for promotional, marketing, or social media purposes. You waive any claims for compensation regarding the use of your image, voice, or likeness in such materials.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration. By signing this Agreement, You waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action.
